The main character in the game is Mama Rabbit, a strong mother. Mama Rabbit is filled with anxiety when she discovers the strange book "The Man From The Window" appearing in her house. Beside her is her innocent son, Junior. This little boy is the target that the mysterious man is hunting.

The Man is the center of the horror in this game. He has a tall, thin figure, an expressionless face, and deep-set eyes. Importantly, he always follows a fixed set of rules recorded in the book "The Man From The Window". This book will tell you the places The Man will go, the order in which he enters each location, and the time spent there. The Man ignores everything else in the apartment, remains focused despite noise, and attacks Mama Rabbit only if she obstructs him. He only focuses on his chosen prey.

GAMEPLAY

Carefully read the book to understand The Man's behavior. Then find ways to hide and delay him for as long as possible. Quickly lock doors, cover tracks, arrange objects, and choose a suitable hiding place for Junior. Every action directly affects the outcome.

• Mama Rabbit is kidnapped: this ending occurs when Mama Rabbit is found before the five minutes are up. After The Man leaves, Junior comes out of his hiding place and discovers his mother is gone. He tries to search for her but cannot find her.
• Junior is kidnapped: this ending occurs when Junior is found before the five minutes are up. Mama Rabbit calls the police and begs them to find her son. 
• No one is kidnapped: this ending occurs when The Man fails to find both characters before the five minutes are up. The two characters come out of hiding after The Man leaves.
