From the very first moments, you find yourself face-to-face with a grotesque monster. Initially, it approaches you with an air of curiosity, even attempting to negotiate. However, the conversation quickly takes a sinister turn as the entity begins to issue relentless threats. With that, the chase officially begins.

Backrooms: Survive Adventure focuses on pure survival mechanics. You must flee from the monster lurking in the Backrooms before time runs out. Keep a close eye on the timer displayed on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen. Simply survive until the clock hits zero, and you will clear the current level to advance to the next challenge. If the monster catches you, it’s game over.
