Slenderman Horror Story MadHouse is a first-person horror game in which players must come face-to-face with Slenderman. Slenderman pursues you, causing you to suffer from amnesia and find yourself trapped inside a creepy mental asylum. He is returning to hunt you down once again. You must escape this place quickly before something even worse happens.

To survive, you need to collect various useful items. Some items can serve as weapons to help you defend yourself, while others allow you to unlock locked rooms. You can find four unique types of weapons: a frying pan, a hammer, a Glock 17 pistol, and even grenades. Your mission is to solve puzzles and battle terrifying mental patients while attempting to escape the madhouse.
