As soon as you put on your uniform, your only instructions are a crumpled piece of paper. The ticking clock, dark corridors, and constantly flickering lights create a tense atmosphere from the very first moment. You quickly realize the place is a labyrinth of secrets and strange mysteries.

Explore the hospital and find clues

After receiving your mission, step out of the guard room and wander around the hospital. Check every corridor and the back of the hospital, and look for crumpled pieces of paper. Occasionally these pieces of paper contain important information left behind by someone. Gathering clues will help you better understand what's going on and prepare for the next challenge.

Monitoring cameras and dealing with suspicious patients

After gathering some clues, you'll sit at your desk, turn on the camera monitor, and grab your walkie-talkie. This is when the real shift begins. You are responsible for monitoring all cameras, closely monitoring every area, and using the intercom system or lights to distract any suspicious patient approaching the security room. However, not every trick works with every patient. You need to identify the right solution for each situation.

Survival in the night

Don't stay in the hallway for too long. Hide your tracks, lock doors when necessary, and remain silent when you hear footsteps. Once a patient discovers you, a chase will begin.
