Backrooms is a horror game that allows up to four players to explore and fight their way out of terrifying basements.

Story

Backrooms' plot revolves around a group of characters trapped in a mysterious world called “The Backrooms“. The main characters wake up in empty rooms with no clear exit. They find themselves surrounded by white walls and yellow lights. Now, their mission is to continue to survive and find a way out of these repetitive space mazes.

GAMEPLAY

Your goal in Backrooms is to escape this mysterious world while discovering the terrifying secrets here. To gain an advantage, you should look for instructions and useful items. Instructions will help you move in the right direction. When facing vicious monsters, players can use the collected items to defend themselves and fight. You can use knives in close combat or guns to attack from a distance, for instance. Choosing the right weapons and tactics is extremely important to overcoming the threats in the game.

4 levels

• Lurking Danger is the opening level of the game, where the player has to solve relatively simple challenges to progress further.
• Eerie Corridors takes the player to large corridors. The haunting and danger increase clearly.
• Perilous Pathways is relatively difficult to overcome and features dangerous creatures.
• Uninhabitable Zone is the final level of the game, where everything becomes so dangerous that survival is impossible.
